I am a long-time veteran of the hospitality and restaurant consulting industries, I have spent nearly three decades mastering both front and back of the house operations. During this time, I worked with celebrated industry brands, including Accor, Moevenpick, Hilton, Sheraton, Orascom Hotel Holding, Olayan, Al Faisalia & Al Khozama Hospitality Groups.
